I've been a member of a large gym for many years, but have lacked motivation, doing the same old boring exercises when I could be bothered going. I finally bit the bullet and decided to join Fred at Realfit for a 12 week challenge - I'm glad I did! Fred works you hard, but provides enough variation, challenges and expert advice to really make a difference. Mid way through I feel stronger than I have in years, and have really enjoyed the sessions. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fred is the genuine article and has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. My goal in entering the 12 week program was to lose weight and build muscle. Now halfway through the program I have already seen my body begin to show the signs of the hard work that Fred has instilled; greater muscle definition and tone and several kilos of weight lost with more to go. Fred has not only pushed me to my limit during training sessions (to the point where I end the session drenched in sweat), he has also provided invaluable dietary and meal prep advice, dispelling some of my long held incorrect thinking regarding my dietary/eating habits. I am looking forward to being the fittest I have ever been (and maintaining it) after the challenge is concluded.

The guys are really motivating and fun to work with, as well as knowing their stuff and being good teachers. I have just read Fred's new book, which has given me renewed motivation. I'm even going to have a go at a slightly modified Keto Diet. Let's see how I go
