  • ARE YOUR FITNESS PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR BEGINNERS OR PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN AWAY FROM EXERCISE FOR A LONG TIME?

    Yes! We cater to a wide range and of individuals at all fitness levels from beginners to advanced athletes. Our programs are designed by experienced professionals to be adaptable and scalable supporting continued progress at your own pace.

  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORK OUT?

    The frequency of your workouts depends on your individual goals and lifestyles. We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week to see noticeable results in your body, mind and performance. It is important to listen to your body and at Realfit our trainers will consider the big picture to tailor a system that allows for adequate rest and recovery that best aligns with your goals and lifestyle.

  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN TERMS OF RESULTS?

    With each of us having different goals, different experience and a different starting point results will vary. With strong commitment to learn you can start to see results in within the first few weeks. Sustain that commitment over time and you’ll have sustainable continued growth to leave you feeling your best.

  • WHO WILL BE MY PERSONAL TRAINER?

    Realfit have some of the most dedicated and decorated trainers in Melbourne. As part of your induction and assessment Realfit will match you with the most appropriate trainer and with a time that complements your schedule.

  • WHICH TIMES ARE SESSIONS AVAILABLE.

    We offer sessions throughout the day from early starts to evenings as well as weekends to ensure we can available a time that suits your lifestyle.

  • DO YOU HELP WITH NUTRITION?

    Our trainers are experts in nutrition and can help you with strategy using the latest guidelines for nutrition to. We also offer a premium service with consultations seeking guidance specific to their body types, need, limitations and goals.

  • WHAT DOES THE 12 WEEK CHALLENGE INVOLVE?

    A short commitment from you for change. While we Realfit believe in sustainable growth continued over your lifetime this is a initial commitment for the 6 or 12 x weeks. Attending 2-3 morning or evening 45 x minute sessions per week within a small group of less than 10 people. You’ll build routine, friendships and have support in correct movement from a trainer in small programmed classes to provide a turning point, foundation and continue for change.

  • CAN YOU WRITE ME UP A GYM PROGRAM?

    Exercise Programming can be provided by appointment and charged at $35 for a 30-minute consultation with a Realfit expert.

  • DO I NEED TO BOOK FOR CLASSES?

    No, you’ll be allocated to a team with people at a similar milestone in their journey and in one that suits your week. Missed a class don’t worry, come and jump in one of the other classes to keep you moving forward despite whatever life throws at you from one day to the next.

  • CAN I SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP?

    You can suspend your membership for any reason for a minimum of 2 x weeks. Realfit understand that life happens and we are here to be as flexible as possible to support you through whatever you need and which ever way your train.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

    By providing at least 1 x months written notice to info@realfit.com.au or by simply letting your training instructor know.

  • ARE THERE CANCELLING FEES?

    For Personal training session to avoid full cancellation fee we ask you please provide at least 24 x hours- notice if you are unable to make your appointment. In some cases we may be able to reschedule your appointment please speak with your trainer or coach.

  • I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING INJURY OR HEALTH CONDITION THAT’S HOLDING ME BACK CAN YOU RECOMMEND A PROGRAM AND MODIFY MOVEMENTS FOR ME?

    Absolutely, we will work closely with you to identify your strengths, likes and weaknesses during our pre-screen and initial consultation. Working alongside a vast range allied health professionals where required we will continue your journey after rehabilitation or help or continue build strength around your pre existing injury to relieve pain and keep living your best lifestyle.
