Trainer Danni’s Protein Oatmeal Reciepe

Being married to a wife that well you know can cook certainly has its benefits and this delicious Oatmeal Danni made contains primarily starchy carbs and protein.
For people on the go this convenient “make-ahead” oatmeal is the perfect way to “quick start” your day with a hot, nutritious breakfast in less than one minute!
- 30 grams (I serve)cooked with water
- 1 scoop BSC Hydroxshred Peanut Butter and cookie Dough -insanely delicious (see Link)
- 1 tespoon green power
- 1 teaspoon of maca powder
- 1 tespoon of chia seed’s
- Handful of berries
- Drizzel with 1 tabespoon of flaxseed oil to finish
Add cold water and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 1/2 minutes, or until it has a somewhat thin consistency. (It will continue to thicken as it cools).
