  • 1 tbsp Protein Powder my Favourite is the BSc Nitrovol 
  • 1/2 tbsp manuka honey
  • 1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
