We adapted Boot Camp to suite the needs of everyday people looking to loose weight, get fit and feel great.
For all those girls out there that think our Boot Camp isn’t girl friendly, think again.
Boot Camp is in an encouraging and supportive group environment. You’ll have a professional instructor ensuring that you get a you butt-kicking workout, while keeping an eye on your technique. We have designed a balanced workout program targeting both the upper body and lower body. This 8-week Boot Camp will be a challenging and dynamic workout for both men and women. Over this eight week period, you will have the opportunity to take your fitness to the next level, shedding pounds and feeling fit for summer. Our Boot Camp exercises are suitable for all levels of physical fitness, as we adjust weights and workloads appropriate for your body type and level of strength.
