We all know how important Breakfast is and the ability to make sure that you take the time to eat (It just set’s you up nicely for the rest of the day)

My client Sarah provided me with the following recipe which looks delicious -I think I will give it a go myself

Instructions

-1/2 cup oats 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

-6cm piece of zucchini, grated 1 tsp chia seeds Water just over the top

-Blue berries and strawberries Soak overnight 

-Sprinkle cinnamon

-Throw in a handful of organic pumpkin seeds (I love the styrian brand )

-Top with a nice drizzle of Udo’s oil made from organic whole foods

-Add some extra fresh berries

-Heat and serve and enjoy
