With social media what it is I can’t but ask why people are being obsessed with the body that they want why not   start being more obsessed with consistency.
The most important thing you can do with your fitness is to move from maintenance to progression.
Yes also showing up helps and if you make it your goal to show up every single day, you’re going to do the workouts, and even if you half-ass them, you’ll get better results than if you stayed at home.
Trust me when I Say
“Being consistent, in the long run, is the single most important aspect of your fitness”
You can have the best program in the world, but if you don’t actually do it…it’s worthless. On the other hand, you can take a mediocre program from a mediocre trainer that’s been published in a mediocre magazine, and as long as you go to the gym every day and follow it to the letter…but chances are you will still stay in maintenance…
…Sure you’re going to get some sort of results…but not the same results if you are with a trainer who can keep you accountable and identify and help with your goals !
