Get a goal and you’ll make it happen
As a competitive amateur Bodybuilder I’ve learnt that Sometimes it can be truly helpful and enlightening to wander without a clear destination and to explore new territory.
Yet if that’s all you ever do, all that enlightenment will never be put to use.
When you give yourself a clear, specific goal, your actions take on the power of purpose and very quickly you move from maintenance to progression. Then you become more creative, resourceful, persistent and effective.
I tell my clients to Set a couple of small goals just for today, and you become far more likely to get those things done it could be to set a deadline to stop eating by 7pm or to jot down your goals . Powerful forces, some of which you may not even realise or understand, are set in motion by your intentions.
Before you start to move forward, decide for yourself exactly what it means to move forward. Before you begin to take action, be sure you know the reason for that action.
The most effective way to move away from what you don’t want is to actively move toward what you do want. Rather than defining your life by what you oppose, challenge yourself to develop positive goals that you can enthusiastically embrace and follow
You’ll accomplish much more when you clearly know what you intend to accomplish.
